Privacy Policy

Hudhud ("we", "us", "our") operates an AI-native printing service for consumers and businesses in the GCC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

By creating an account, uploading files or placing an order, you accept this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Hudhud.

Account information. Your name, email address, phone number, and any organisation details you choose to add.

Order content. The files you upload, product specifications you select, and any AR previews you generate.

Payment data. Processed by our payment partners (Stripe today, Dibsy/Skipcash for local Qatari payment methods). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Delivery data. The address and recipient details required to fulfil and ship your order.

Usage data. Standard logs (IP address, device information, app interactions) used to keep the service reliable and to improve product features.

• To create and operate your account.
• To process orders, payments and deliveries.
• To run AI file checks (resolution, bleed, color profile) and AR previews on the files you upload.
• To produce and verify your order via printer partners and async video confirmation.
• To provide customer support and resolve disputes.
• To send transactional notifications (order updates, delivery, account security).
• To improve Hudhud — debugging, analytics, and informing product decisions.

We treat your uploaded files as confidential. Files are accessed only by:

• You and anyone you invite to your account.
• The print partner assigned to your order, for the purpose of producing and verifying that order.
• Authorised Hudhud staff, where required to support the order or comply with legal obligations.

Files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Active production files are deleted from working storage after a retention window typically measured in weeks; archived order metadata may be retained for tax, accounting and dispute resolution purposes.

We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models or for any purpose unrelated to fulfilling your order.

We share data only with the parties needed to operate Hudhud:

• Print partners — limited to the files, specifications and recipient details required for your order.
• Payment processors — to authorise and settle payments.
• Couriers — to deliver your finished order.
• Infrastructure providers — Supabase (database, auth, storage), Vercel and Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email). These vendors process data on our behalf under contractual data protection terms.
• Government or legal authorities — when required by applicable law or court order.

We do not sell your personal information.

You can access, correct, export or delete most of your account data directly from your Hudhud profile. For requests we can't handle in-app — including objection to processing, portability requests, or full account deletion — email privacy@hudhud.app.

Where you reside in a jurisdiction with comprehensive privacy laws (e.g. PDPPL in Qatar, GDPR in the EU), you have additional rights to lodge complaints with your local data protection authority.

We use industry-standard practices: encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access, audit logging, and least privilege within our team. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection. If we ever suffer a data incident affecting your information, we'll notify you in line with applicable law.

Hudhud is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. The "effective" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
