Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Hudhud printing service — including our website, web app, native apps, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enter into a contract with us. If you're using Hudhud on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind it to these terms.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts with materially false or misleading information.

Prices shown in the app are in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions are billed monthly; usage beyond your plan's allowance is billed per page or per item at rates published in the app.

We do our best to keep pricing accurate. Where an order is affected by an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and refund it before production starts.

You retain all ownership of files you upload. By uploading, you grant Hudhud and our print partners a limited licence to store, process, print, package and deliver those files for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You confirm that, for any file you upload, you either own it or have permission from the rights holder to print it. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not:

• Infringe anyone's intellectual property rights.
• Contain illegal, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit material involving minors.
• Violate the laws of Qatar or other jurisdictions where the print is produced or delivered.

We may refuse, cancel or report any order that we believe violates these terms or applicable law.

AR previews and AI file checks are provided to help you spot issues before printing. They're a tool, not a guarantee. The final decision to print remains yours, and we encourage you to review the preview and any flagged warnings carefully before placing your order.

For most orders, the print partner records a short video of the finished product before it ships. You can approve, request a reprint, or escalate from your order page. If you don't respond within the auto-approval window shown at checkout, we'll proceed and ship the order.

Delivery times are estimates. We rely on local couriers and may pass on their tracking and operational constraints. Risk of loss passes to you when the courier confirms successful delivery to the address you provided. If a delivery is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the courier to resolve it.

If a print falls below our quality bar — wrong size, severe color shift, smudges, missed bleed — we'll reprint the order or refund it, your choice. We don't refund correctly-printed orders for a change of mind or for issues already flagged in AI prep that you chose to override.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to produce illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its security.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except via an explicit Hudhud partner agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or pose a risk to other users or partners. You can close your account at any time from your profile or by contacting us.

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hudhud disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hudhud's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid Hudhud in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Doha, unless local law gives you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective means you accept the updated terms.
